Sutherland Curling Club Practice Ice Booking System

Welcome to our Practice Ice Booking page, your one-stop destination for reserving and managing your curling ice time with ease and convenience.

This system has been developed as a pilot project for booking practice ice during the CURLSASK High Performance Curling Program.

Below you will see sheets 1-6. Any available practice ice times will be shown. Once you book a sheet, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking. If you will be unable to make your practice ice booking, please cancel as soon as possible so that others can book the spot. At this time, we do not have a cancellation policy, but will consider one if the online booking system is being misused.

Booking Fee*: the fee for booking ice is $63/hour/sheet of ice (includes taxes). Please pay in person when you arrive to the club. Again, we don’t have a cancellation policy at the moment but will consider one if we have too many no-shows.
*CURLSASK High Performance Teams do not pay the additional cost for ice.
*CurlSutherland Members still must pay this fee, specifically prior to the start of the season.

ICE AVAILABILITY: This system shows availability of ice up until September 21, 2023. You must book at least 15 hours in advance online. With that said, if you are looking at booking ice later in the day; call the club as we may have availability.

NOTE: For multi-sheet rentals, parties, or corporate rentals; please contact the club at info@curlsutherland.ca or 306-374-8400. If you try to book multiple sheets on the same day for parties/events through this system, your booking will be cancelled.
