(Position is from October 2025 – March 2026 (casual-seasonal), with a potential opportunity to renew next season)

Main Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests as they enter the facility.
Use technology to display game times, help members register, and update game scores.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Process sale transactions on merchandise and service fees.
Assist with administrative tasks during leagues, bonspiels, events, and rentals.

Qualifications:

Experience working or volunteering in the Recreation field, or in Customer Service is an asset.
Curling knowledge an asset.

Wage:

$16.35/hour

This is mostly an evening and weekend position. Looking for someone who can commit to various weekend availability from October – March.

This is a great position for University Students looking for a part-time position during their studies.

Serve members and guests drinks in the bar (mostly canned and draught with some cocktails/mocktails to be prepared).
Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with members and guests.
Process both card and cash transactions
Ensure stock is maintained and notify Lounge Manager when stock is running low.
Complete cash outs at the end of shift.
