The Sutherland Curling Club Golf Tournament
The Sutherland Curling Club Golf Tournament is a summer event that the club hosts. The Golf Tournament brings members of the club and community together to socialize and have fun; the tournament also helps raise funds for club improvements.

While the ice is out and the sun is up, we’re getting the SCC Community together for a day on the links! We’re hosting this 4-person scramble to catch up with friends and raise some funds for upcoming facility upgrades.

- Golf: Holiday Park – 18 Hole Championship Course
- Supper: Sutherland Curling Club
- Time: 11:00 AM Registration | 12:00 PM Shotgun Start | 6:00 PM Supper
- Entry Fees:
- Early Bird: $140/Golfer (Paid by June 1st)
- Regular: $150/Golfer (After June 1st)
- Supper Only: $30 (For non-golfing guests)
- Team Format: Register as a Team of 4.
- Individuals/Duos: Flying solo or with a partner?
- Contact Dallas at golf@curlsutherland.ca and we will add you to our “Free Agent(s)” list to help form a team.
- Early Bird Deadline: Fees must be received by June 1st to lock in the discounted rate.
- The Fine Print: We require a minimum of 120 golfers to run the event. Tell your friends!
What’s Included:
- The Golf: 18 holes at Holiday Park (4-Person Scramble). Seat on power cart Included.
- The Supper: Supper at the Sutherland Curling Club (6:00 PM) including steak or chicken (select on registration), baked potato, salads, and garlic toast.
- The Fun: Player packs, “Curling Twist” prizes, and more!
Basic Rules:
- Scramble Format: Everyone drives, take the best shot, everyone plays from there.
- Pace of Play: Max score of Triple Bogey per hole. If you miss the Double bogey putt, pick up and move on!
- The “Curling Twist”: Each team receives two “Hurry Hard” mulligans. Compete for prizes in the “Closest to the Button” challenge (Par 3, closest to the hole), the “On the Broom” challenge (Par 5, closest to the center line), and the “Overthrown” challenge (longest drive).
